The rubber we use for the production of hoses suitable for oil is NBR, LG Chem Brand imported from Korea, which has better performance for the oil-resistant property.
The rubber we use for the production of hoses required to be H2S sour gas service is HNBR, Lanxess Brand from Germany, which guarantees the best hose property of both oil and H2S gas resistance.
The high quality fiber reinforcement layer we use is the same with the one in the tire of BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
The steel wire also has the good tensile strength and breaking elongation rate, which is required for the production of high pressure hoses.
