Hammer Seal Union
Hammer seal unions are used in oilfield piping systems. Mud fluid drilling systems that connect the steel tanks to the pumps need to have a leak proof and quickly detachable connection with a large diameter pipe size.

The size of our hammer seal unions from diameter 3″ to 20″. The solid O-ring locks down on the O.D. of the pipe as the hammer nut is tightened. All of the hammer seal unions are rated for 500 PSI. You can achieve a misaligned sealed connection with Hammer Seal Unions.
