Jingbo offer a complete line of Blowout Preventer hoses (BOP). Specifically developed to meet the most rigorous demands in exploration and deep drilling, both onshore and offshore. Our high-performance BOP hoses are designed for hydraulic connections between the well control equipment. The control systems are certified to withstand fire, high heat, and pressures in safety-critical applications.

Blowout Preventer Hose

All of our Fire BOP Control Hose assemblies are manufactured by certified locally trained experts. Which are tested and approved by Lloyd’s Register, complying with American Petroleum Industry API 16D guidelines to meet and exceed OD/1000/499 flame testing at 1300˚F for 5 minutes.

As China’s first API authorized manufacturer of oilfield hoses, Jingbo has got the certificates of API Spec 7K-0376, API Spec 16C-0275, API Spec 16D-0109, API Spec Q1-2085 and API ISO9001-2008.

Description

Tube: Black, oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: Multiple layers of textile fabric and steel cable, with one layer middle rubber placed between cable layers.
Cover: Multiple layers of fire retardant material with a stainless steel outer casing.
Couplings: Crimped couplings
Temperature: -40℉ to +250℉ (-40℃ to +121℃) continuous service.

Features

• Hose comes standard with 1” 316SS male connections with extra-long threads to accept miscellaneous threaded connectors.
• Also available with welded fittings to match customers’ requirements.

BOP Hose Applications

Used in onshore and offshore drilling operations on the blow out preventer (BOP) to provide hydraulic power to seal the well head in case of a kick or an emergency situation where operation is critical during exposure to fire and high temperature.
